The primary bedroom suite features a private access bathroom w/ ‘his & her’ vanity, large standalone bathtub, walk-in shower, and an expansive walk-in closet with built-in storage features. At 1,650 sq ft the house is spacious and boasts large and inviting bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Step out into the pool/spa area and you will be greeted by stunning views of the St. Jacinto mountains that will set the perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon in the sun! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - For the safety of our guests and the property there are security devices in the community areas around the entrances of the property (we respect your privacy inside the home & in the pool/spa area) - Note the white polished tile floors can be slick, so please take caution - No smoking on property (inside & outside) - Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests. Extra guests will need to leave the property by 9pm according to the County’s STR Reinforcement Code - Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and requires at least a 24-hour notice - Palm Springs law prohibits outdoor music at any vacation rental in Palm Springs 24 hours a day. -The city of Palm Springs requires guests to provide a copy of ID to host prior to check-in. - The property is entirely accessed by automated digital locks for a streamlined and safe experience.
